How to Delete a Cache for a Site

Start developer tools with F12, then long-press on the reload button. You’ll get an option for “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

Clear out favicons for all sites (AFAIK, there’s no way to clear them for an individual site):

After you’ve cleared you cache.

With Chrome closed, delete the Favicons file here:
